We had a lot of summer fun today at home. Astrid is having perfect lazy mornings where she sleeps in, hangs out in her Jammie’s for awhile and then today, Grammie and her friend, Nancy came over for a tiny bit to see the windows and Bernadette room. Astrid loves her Grammie and had fun playing with Nancy again! Afterwards we went for a warm walk, Astrid scooted the first half mile, as we passed the Pilates place she looked in and watched for awhile, then ran to mommy and said “they exercise!” She knows exercise, haha! After a good nap we went to check out the Escondido library real quick before they closed. We’ll try to be back for story time next week and more often in the future if it fits our schedule. She loved it!!
