Car and Big Brother

Astrid knows she loves to climb in mommy’s car when we get home and her daddy’s truck….but she’s not so sure about what to think of her brother’s charcoal mask. 

 

Busy Monday

It was a busy Monday. We exercised in the morning, took our new to us stroller for a comfy run, found our lost Vans shoe from yesterday, and did errands and chores. It was a nice mellow day. 

 

Cousins

Astrid met her new cousin from Connecticut. Hudson is actually Claire and Shane’s first cousin but we’re going to call them cousins because they’ll see each other every time they’re here in San Diego and they’re just too cute. They’re exactly six months apart. Both are sweet and mellow.

Astrid also had her first taste of a Peterson’s donut. Yummy!

Dancing Happy

Astrid was a happy girl when mommy picked her up. She got to hang out with her cousins and then auntie Jess. At home daddy played music for her on the tv and mommy walked past and Astrid has a huge smile as she watched Whitney Houston. So mommy started a dance party and Astrid has some good moves! 

 

Long Day

 It’s been a long day for everyone. Mommy is glad she doesn’t  have to work late nights anymore and that summer break is almost here. Mommy didn’t take any new pictures of her cute, busy girl today so enjoy this “old” one! 

Reading

Astrid caught up on her reading today…so did mommy up at Andrea’s while she got her hair colored and cut. Gus caught up on his sleep 

 

Penguin Potty

We’re not quite ready for potty training but mommy wanted to be prepared! We got a penguin potty which she enjoys sitting on it so far. When she’s ready for it…it will be there!
