Grannie

 Astrid had a good day at school and fun with Grammie! She calls her grannie a lot. Today she wanted a box open under the stairs where her toys are… I told her she’d have to ask Grammie if she can open them. She said, oh ok and then instead of getting up to go ask she screamed out..grannie!!!! Mommy still can’t stop laughing!!!

The rest of our day was great she helped make the cauliflower/broccoli Mac n cheese and we corned out our garden spider. Her web is becoming quite impressive! 

Super Blue Moon

Astrid woke up at 3:00 am to go potty. Mommy is glad she doesn’t want accidents but then she wouldn’t go back to bed. We laid there for a long time and daddy tried to help too. Eventually it was time for mommy’s run. Astrid went six miles at 5:30 am with mommy and she fell asleep the first mile. Thank goodness! She’s having a rough time going to bed now as mommy listens to her on the monitor. It must be the full super blue moon.

She had a great day at school and with Grammie. No pictures again today. Just bathtime from afar and her weekly learnings. Mommy wonders what her family picture will look like!! 

 

Spider

No cute pictures of Astrid today. Only a crazy big garden spiser! Daddy did take one of her pointing at it. Hopefully it takes it’s shy little self back into a plant… 

 

Play with Oliver

Astrid has a good day at school and with Grammie and grandpa. On our way home we stopped at a park in Harmony Grove to meet Oliver. Astrid loves playing with him and he loves playing with her. We miss him and are ready for him to come home …..when he can be respectful to mommy and can do what I’d expected of him without major complaints. For now we are happy to meet him and have this time with him. 

 

Busy Sunday

We had such a fun Sunday and are so glad we finally tried out a trampoline park! It was pretty amazing and we all had fun together! Mommy and daddy are so sore in weird old people ways but Astrid doesn’t seem to be at all. She played with shaving cream and got her nails painted after nap. It was a happy day!
