Long Day

Mommy has open house tonight. Daddy didn’t take any pictures but they had fun. Mommy could have gotten pictures when she got home but we just did our routines and enjoyed each other! Here is one of mommy’s newscast kids… he wanted a picture of the hamburger they made while filming at lunch. 

 

Watermelon

Astrid is starting to talk a lot and connecti Astridng words with things.  It’s happening so fast!! Today mommy cut a piece of watermelon but before Astrid could get a piece she brought over her shape sorter and says, Watermelon!” It has been fun listening to her talk!!

 

Memorial Day

Mommy will write tomorrow! Astrid had a good day! 

 

Busy Sunday

We were all busy doing our things and keeping Astrid busy today! When Oliver  needed to shower, Astrid stayed in his room, on his beanbag and was in control of his remote control! 

 

Strides & the Zoo

We had a fulfilling morning at stroller strides with friends and then at the zoo. Our pass expires this week and we’ve got so many things we want to do that we’re not going to renew it for awhile. Astrid showed mommy today that she’s ready for a zoo pass when we do get one. She loves monkeys, walking around the zoo and bears!! We’ll be back soon. 

 

Backyard Play

We love to play in the backyard. Astrid was learning to climb the little fence this evening, then would wait for daddy to l ad her down the fence. We’ll be watching this new skill….
