Caboodle and Ponytail

We have a nice routine in the morning. Wake up Astrid at 6:45 if she’s not up yet, usually she’s not. Get dressed, diaper change, food if it’s needed, and to the couch got shoes, sweater, and hair. She’s out the door by 7:01 with daddy to Grammies. Our caboodle helps with her hair, she’ll pull it out from under the coffee table to get her brush. We brush her hair and put it back if she’ll let us. She let mommy put her hair in a ponytail today. She was just the cutest most scrumptious baby face ever. 

 

Swinging

Astrid was playing with sweet Claire in the backyard when mommy came to pick her up. It seemed like she didn’t want mommy to take her home. She was busy showing us a new skill she learned… swinging from a bar. She’s so fun. She kissed mommy a bunch after mommy ate her face up. In the evening she played a lot and kept pressing Christmas buttons..even when naked and waiting for a diaper/pj change! 

 

SunMonDay

Mommy fell asleep before she could write the blog last night and today didn’t take any pictures so here are some from yesterday! We’re back into routine again…mommy is back at work, Astrid is back with her beloved Grammie. Our trees look sad but they’ll grow back much healthier. Now we can put grass back in! Yay! Yesterday we took Astrid to the park down the street and after they waited in the truck while mommy picked up an order at Michael’s… Astrid loves playing with the lights!! 

 

Saturday

 We had a busy day full of exercise, playing with daddy, stroller strides, Astrid eating mini pumpkin pie that a mom brought, going to the puppet theatre, napping, pecan tree cutting, Justin and his dad and more!!! Astrid is going to sleep well tonight.
