Wednesday

Astrid had a good day at school, she came home with a bunch of sand in her pocket of her cute hippy dress. Pictures later! She did a great job at swim and loved hanging out with her brother at night. It’s been a good week! 

 

Talking

Astrid has been saying the funniest things. When we got home she said hi to oliver and said, “let’s go to your room..” and started walking to his room like she was his boss! He went! He put on Daniel Tiger for her then he had to leave for jj. Mama had to drag her out!! She so funny. She told him”higher” for the couch jumping! 

 

Monday

Busy day, mommy got recertification in CPR and first aid. Grandma K Lou slipped and fell bad in Colorado.. mommy could have come to the rescue! Daddy has to get surgery in his thumb/hand. Astrid can jump in the pool to a teacher now! Lots of good things and mommy wA falling asleep.

Astrid did say to  daddy, “this is going to hurt a little” when she put the saw to his head. So funny!

Cuddles

Astrid was jumping in her new little personal bouncy house when mama got back from a long run. We got it on an online auction for an ok deal, but are so happy to have it! We went for a walk after mamas run. Took awhile because we were enjoying each others company. We were able to get Astrid down for a nap early for us with a promise of the beach. We went to Fiesta Island and saw a beautiful sunset and annoying influencers and loud music playing families. It was a nice balance, haha! It was a great way to end our weekend!

 

Saturday

We had a nice normal Saturday. An early morning picture of Abe. A busy strides…finally, we’ve had a lot going on and haven’t gone for two weeks, Base Camp at the Zoo, a stop at the carousel, a good nap at home, play, and a good bath! We love weekends!
