Garden and Dreams

Astrid had a good full day at school, mommy had to work for a few hours in the afternoon so she picked up Astrid after her Spanish class. It was fun seeing her play with her friends in a room of her classroom that is never opened! At home we worked on the garden a little and putting up our grand opening seed library sign. Also wanted to share mommy’s dream…. She’d love to go to the Olympics in 2028…she registered to be able to buy tickets. She got the first day to choose and they sure have made buying tickets unattainable. $372 were the cheapest. The $28 were gone. But supposedly they’ll be bank for different drops. It’s really confusing and a bummer. Maybe mommy can watch the marathon from somewhere for free?!?

 

Strawberry Fields

Mommy and Astrid went to the strawberry fields after school today. We had so much fun!! Astrid had a tiny meltdown for a hot minute and then she moved on…so our experience was very memorable. Same as back in 2009 when mommy took Oliver, she thinks of this picture often when she drives by the fields everyday so she finally went to find it in his blog!! Mommy’s berry kids! 

 

Routine

Astrid had a great day at school we came home and did some chores the. Mommy went to get her hair done at Andrea’s. Astrid stayed with daddy and made a playful mess/ mommy is trying a new bedtime routine with Astrid so we may 

miss some blogs if mommy falls asleep

Safari Park

  

Astrid had a great day back at school. Mommy got to take her and pick her up which is one of her favorite things to do. It was with Oliver too! We headed to the Safari Park after school to visit the elephants and their new enclosure..it was cool! Astrid liked the tram ride and the icee..we had a nice time and hope to use our pass more in the summer!
