Gymnastics and Geraniums

Astrid had her first gymnastics class today at the Y gymnastics center by our home. She was so excited and mommy could tell she was enjoying herself! At home our trailing geraniums had their last day. We had Cameron cut them back because everything is getting power washed tomorrow and then painting will begin. Can’t wait! The geraniums will grow back. 

 

San Diego

It’s nice living in a beautiful place like San Diego county. Yesterday’s marathon was hard but such a beautiful course. Then got to rest at the beach with daddy and Astrid. More pictures to come but blogspot is slow. 

Daddy is in Texas for a work trip and Astrid missed him right now. He’ll be home tomorrow…mommy wasn’t expecting her to cry. Got to give her some cuddles. 

 

Weekend

It’s been a busy couple of days. Marathon bib pickup, dance, dance makeup this morning, Skyzone birthday party, kitten visit, and home to rest and chores. 

 

Day

School. Dance. Roof. New skylights that you can see through.  Our roof is coming along and we all feel so good about it! Had to park up the street at Andrea’s shed because no parking at our house… you can see their house is coming along! 

 

Wednesday

The roof continues. It feels so good and is starting to look great in the front. So exciting! No pictures of Astrid today- she was picked up

Graduation

Oliver is a high school graduate! Mommy is very proud of him for sticking to it even though he didn’t like it. On to the next steps… mommy is helping him figure it out. We had a nice dinner at the Money Pit and will celebrate at sushi soon too! It’s a big day at home too… our new roof started today. Yay!! 

 

 

Memorial Weekend

It was a busy, productive weekend. Mommy ran a race on Sunday morning and had fun checking out a few booths at the street festival afterwards. Then Astrid and mommy got the car washed real nice and while they did that we walked to Starbucks and Grape Day Park. After we came home and mommy did a bunch of chores and then we went to the Cases for dinner… it is always very nice catching up with them and Astrid loves play with the neighbor kids!! 

It was a good weekend!
