Swim

Astrid had a great day at school, played a bunch at home and then went to her summer swim lesson. She’s responding well to the teacher and trying everything that the teacher asks her to do.. it’s great. She just likes to tell the teacher lots of stories..but the teacher is good at redirecting her. Here’s one of the dance photos that wouldn’t upload yesterday. 

 

Dance Photos

We had a lot happen at home.. bird hitting window, roof painting, playing, playing and then off to the neighbors for hair. Then off to get dance photos at her dance studio. Lookout for some cute photos! They’re not uploading now 

Tea Party

It was a busy day. Astrid played on her own for a long time while mommy and daddy worked on painting the flat roof in the back. It had the gray flat roof that is required by the state of California. We coated it with a special roof paint that has reflective stuff and makes it not look as funny as the gray with the brown shingles. Now it’s all brown and we’ll coat it again tomorrow. Mommy got pretty sunburned…

After she finished she got ready fast and we went to Claire’s birthday tea party at Claudia’s tea house in Del Mar. it was very beautiful and a lovely tea. At home we did more chores and Astrid got to play with Caleigh and Cassidy for awhile!

 

Dance

Astrid had an ok day at school… it was donuts with dad say. Astrid cried and didn’t really sing and then cried more when daddy had to leave. She sang forMommy for Mother’s Day which was the first time but cried when mommy had to leave. Sweet girl. At dance she did a great job of practicing for her dance recital. Stay tuned…that’s next week!!! 

 

Play

Astrid had a good day at school and a good time at the library after. At home she continued to play spa day but mommy said no more beauty products!! Oliver had a good day fishing and mommy is still proud of him graduating high school.. she had ai put a cap on him again. She loves both of her kids so

Beauty Spa

Astrid came home from Grammies and set up a beauty spa and a relaxation pool for the kittens. It’s been a fun evening! Everyone, including the kittens smells like bath and bodyworks!
