Gardening

Astrid had a good day at school and with Grammie and papa. When we got home she took daddy to the back yard and she started caring for the seeds we planted. We’ve got a few little sprouts and she’s going a wonderful hub caring for them. 

 

Wednesday

School. Napping. Puzzle with Grammie. Swimming. Figuring out that Oliver was in a crash with his ebike and car yesterday after school and nobody informed me but a mass school text that did not identify the student but I figured out soon enough. Astrid is happy, Oliver is ok, Mommy feels defeated. Good night! 

 

Hair

Mommy went to get her hair cut and colored as f set on as she got gone. She got to see sweet Gus while Astrid played with daddy. They continued to be best buds throughout the night. Astrid is so comfy sitting on her dad. 

 

Monday Swim

Astrid had a good, busy day. She was still sleeping when mommy got to Grammies. She was happy to wake up and go to swim. She learned to touch the bottom and swim across with the teaches help. She’s a happy girl and was a lot of fun.

Much improved over her bug kinetic sand meltdown from this weekend. More on that later!

Fun Weekend

We’ve had a busy, fun few days. Meeting Oliver at the mall again… mommy had to return and pick up some jeans. Saturday stroller strides and dance costume shopping outside the jr. Theatre. And a padres game on Sunday with a stop at the beach on the way home!
