Astrid woke up 35 minutes before her mommy wake up alarm so she sat on the couch with some milk and snacks and watched mommy exercise. Then she climbed on mommy during the chest track, then she made an obstacle course with her nugget. She was busy. Mommy is thankful that she’s still able to get her exercise done with Astrid around…she keeps herself busy and entertained!
