Sunday

Today was a fun, restful day. Mommy ran her long, slow run at the lake while Astrid played and napped at home with daddy. Mommy had a nice fall at the lake and now is a but sore, but no black eyes or concussions! We went to the beach and picked up Oliver on the way. Astrid was happy to see her brother. It was a nice Sunday!
