Middle of the Week

 It’s the middle of the week and we’re all feeling tired! Mommy doesn’t have any pictures today because daddy took Astrid to soccer. But she’s already asleep and mommy is going to follow soon. Oliver went to rest in his room too. Sleepy Wednesday! 

Tuesday Dance

Astrid danced through the day! She had another substitute teacher which she seems to be ok with now…she’s had them about 5 times now because of the teacher assessing students or she’s at trainings. After Grammies she went to hip hop. She has fun there and will do a couple makeups and then take a break until December. We’re tired from getting to something every day! Astrid loves it all though! 

 

Soccer

Astrid had a great soccer practice. She played well and was really excited that Oliver came to watch. Soccer is fun!!

Friends

Astrid has been asking to play with Maddie and Ellie and she got her wish today! Daddy took her while mommy got some much needed time alone at home. Mommy got to see Oliver at work too..he hasn’t been home for two weeks and mommy and Astrid are ready for him to come home already! 

The Subaru hit 200,000 miles while daddy was driving home. Our sweet little go getter car. Mommy misses it but feels much safer in the Lexus. 

 

Soccer and DBs

Astrid had a great soccer game! Her team layed well and she’s getting used to it!! It was really hot at her game we look forward to it cooling down. In the afternoon we went to Dave and Busters to play and celebrate daddy making a big sale. Boss Bob gives him money for a nice dinner and this is the second time we’ve used it at Dave and busters…. Way more fun! Our contrasting drinks are fun too. 

RAS

Astrid had a great day at school! She said school opened the store that they can spend their little green and yellow tickets mommy will find out more but she remembers a store that was opened at LCH that was on a cart. That’s pretty impressive if they’ve been able to keep that going for 40 years!! 

Astrid enjoyed RAS- the after school program. Pictures of her first elementary portraits to come we chose .B. 

Art

Tonight we watched some cool YouTube videos that help us draw. It was funny watching hem. Mommy will post pictures tomorrow… shr keeps falling asleep again!!

Crazy Girl

Finally took some pictures!! Of Astrid being crazy after soccer practice. She seems to like it and loved seeing the neighbor girls when she got home. Daddy was in charge of taking her this afternoon so mommy could go to an appointment… he needs to learn where the backpack goes and the process of unloading it. Mommy will keep training both of them. 

 

Tuesday

 Again no pictures! Mommy will do better. Astrid is asleep, mommy is going to soon!. It’s been a long busy day! 

Monday

It was a nice productive Monday. School, Grammie, soccer while mommy met in a zoom with other moms for Girl Scouts. Yay. Astrid didn’t get any pictures but she’ll have a bunch!

 

Party

We had a good Sunday. Astrid got to play until we left for Aurora’s party. Nana came in the morning and stayed until we left just visiting. At the party Astrid enjoyed playing with her new kinder friends and then at home we went to the money pit for dinner. It’s always so much fun!
