Leader

Astrid was the leader of the week! Shr brought home a poster her classmates used to write a book about her. It’s all very cute! We baked tonight, cleaned up her toys.  Happy Friday!!

Gymnastics

Astrid had a gymnastics today. Mommy had another meeting and it lasted until 5 so mommy was late picking Astrid up. We still made it in time for gymnastics but not sure we’ll try that next month. 

 

Ipsy

Astrid had a good day, minus a little thing that happened in the bathroom at school. She’s not liking having to wipe solo…we’re still working on the confidence. Her teacher is so sweet and told her she’s brave and gave her a hug. Mommy is really happy that Ms. Nancy is Astrid’s teacher. 

Daddy took Astrid to soccer practice while mommy did some essential errands and had a meeting. After homework and shower mommy and Astrid took the ipsy bag quiz. This will be her reward for doing homework and working on her speaking to and acknowledging adult skills. 

 

Dance

Astrid had a good day at school. She told us her headband dropped in the toilet when she went poop and pee in her classrooms bathroom. Her teacher got it out with a toilet brush, put it in a ziploc bag with paper towels and now it’s in the washing machine! Ms. Nancy definitely went above and beyond!!! Giggles. She’s a great teacher. 

Astrid went to dance this afternoon but there was a sun who she’s not too fond of so we came home and we’ll make them n In October? 

Soccer and Stairs

Our little leader of the week had a good day at school! After she worked hard in soccer and did a great job at the practice scrimmage she’s getting the hang of it. The other pic is mommy going down the first set of stairs at the top… mommy is feeling it . Mommy will work on putting the soccer pic later!

 

Sunday Fun Day

 Astrid had a good time while mommy did a stair climb at csusm. Mommy will post later.

Helper

Astrid was great at the dentist this morning, great at school, had a lot of fun at RAS- she hid from mommy when she came to pick her up and then was a great helper at Aldis on the way home. We like to shop there occasionally and get some fun things in addition to groceries. After we went to Chuck E. Cheese’s for dinner. It was crazy because it was a special fundraising night for a local elementary school. We had fun but it was busy! 

 

 

Gymnastics

It was a little cooler today but still really hot. Astrid had a blast at gymnastics. She’s really happy when she’s there. She seems to like gymnastics a lot and is bouncing around! Mommy loves her positivity and energy out there! 

 

Heat

 Astrid had a good day at school..she told mommy lots of stories about the heat at school! It’s been really hot at home and on the coast. She had pictures tonight at soccer and she fell apart right before so no soccer pictures this year. Mommy is glad she likes to play and likes the other kids. Pictures in 90 degree heat at 8 pm aren’t ideal for 5 year olds. Oh well. Another thing we’ll work through. Just like the picture uploading!!!

Busy

Astrid is a busy girl. Kindergarten. Grammie. Dance… she wanted her picture in front of this sign in the changing room, reading her first homework book and building a medical trolley with daddy. Pictures are finally uploading!! Yay!
