Saturday Fun

Stroller strides, fun with friends and art after sttides, seeing our friends where we get coffee and snacks, the zoo water basecamp, the train and the carrousel …. It was a wonderful morning! Too bad ste didn’t transfer easily. We both needed rest

 

Friday

It’s Friday!! Mommy only took one picture today and it was along Grand of people dancing. Cruisin Grand is fun, school was fun for Astrid and Grammie and grandpa was fun… we all love Fridays! 

 

 

Disgusting

The first picture in this post is sort of disgusting. Mommy was working out in the morning with the back door open. She saw the cats….and then this big opossum at the doorstep deciding if it should come in. Nope. Mommy ran to shut the door, then took a picture of it. It turned around and sat there staring at itself. We have our old Bernadette room mirrors sitting against the wall. The opossum seemed fascinated by itself or scared… not sure. Yuck!

Astrid had fun playing in the fort at Grammies. Mommy took a cute video of the girls talking in the fort. Astrid had a great day! 

 

Happy Birthday

Happy birthday Grammie! Astrid had a great day at school, playing with Grammie and Claire and Shane. Pictures are from her new classroom at school.. there’s a lot more students in Caterpillars 2 and three teachers. She’s definitely tired and hyped up at the same time! She has fun eating at El Pollo Loco with mommy and daddy tonight. She sure loves pinto beans! 

 

Crumbs

Astrid started her morning funky but Grammie helped calm her down. She has a good day at school and with Grammie and papa…. That’s what she calls grandpa. On our way home we did some errands in Encinitas so we took Shane home. Astrid is calling him…Seen… now. So cute! We stopped and got something for Grammie and the kids had a little treat. Don’t worry, Astrid didn’t eat the whole happy cake. And Shane didn’t eat his whole brownie either.  They sure made a big mess though! 

At home there was another city water pipe that broke. Crews are still out there fixing it. Started around 4. Hopefully we can take showers tomorrow!
