It’s Monday. Three more days of school for mommy. Kitty cat  pants and Oliver home. It’s a good evening! 

 

Dance Photos

Lots of planning goes into Astrid’s first recital. We got her dance photos taken, daddy went with us!! But mommy had to figure out her hair. Mommy isn’t good at it but got to watch our neighbor do it. Mommy will practice now!! Astrid was happy to get dressed up but would not cooperate with the camera. Well see what happens in two weeks on recital day!!

 

Party Fun

Party in the morning, shopping fun, nap and chores- boy did mommy need that nap from Astrid, makeup practice fit dance and fun at home!! 

Mommy isn’t feeling well. We had to skip a bbq mommy was looking forward to going too. But it’s better tin rest and hopefully get over the sickness fast.

Dance & Dinner

Astrid had a great day at school, at Grammies, at dance after she woke up and at the last minute on a whim trip to McDonald’s with Indy and her mom. The girls played and ate well!! Mommy is glad to have girl mom friends in her life. It’s very different this time around! 

 

Pictures

Mommy didn’t take any pictures of Astrid today. Only a screenshot of a pattern an Etsy customer was interested in. It’s cute. So is Astrid! 

 

Tea Set

 Astrid received a tea set from Andrea today. Andrea texted yesterday and asked if Astrid would like it. She said tge basket was a bit burnt and there was some melted glue/plastic on it but the tea set inside survived the fire. Astrid said yes ste wanted it!! Her and Caleigh put it to good use today! They were so creative in their play. 

Monday

Back to the grind. Mommy only has two more weeks until summer… she can’t wait!! Mommy didn’t get any pictures today but she should have taken one of Oliver and Astrid in the Bernadette room talking at her table. They really enjoy each others company. She always looks forward to him coming home. He left today but we’ll see him soon.
