Busy Saturday

Half marathon in Pacific Beach, got a good time but if the distance was accurate it would have been even better, home for some errands an chores with Astrid, a good nap for Astrid and then the zoo with the Cases for a fun Halloween glow night. It was super interesting and fun! Just not great for seeing animals! 

 

Friday

Today was a great Friday! Astrid got to sit in a trash truck when they learned all about trash pickup during their community week. It’s been a great learning experience for her! Oliver taught her how to use her fishing pole tonight and they’re both excited about going fishing together some day. We stopped at target on the way home to get hot cocoa for a movie night…. Thanks Grammie for the suggestion! And Astrid got a Halloween outfit and had to also have a new coat. She’ll eventually need it in a couple months! Once home we tried to lure 3 kittens to us, it worked a little but we’ll have to keep feeding them treats to earn their trust!

 

Fun Thursday

Sitting in the back of a police car, a new dance teacher with another student to dance with, puzzle with Shane, bouncy house fun with Oliver, Daddy’s almost legal truck ready for a show off drive to his work tomorrow…it’s been a good Thursday! 

 

Slamming the Door

Astrid slammed the door shut, sort of in mommy’s face. That was a first. 

 

Toddler Tuesday

Mommy didn’t get any pictures today. She was busy with chores and Astrid’s mood swings. Daddy called it Toddler Tuesday. There were some mores of firefighters who visited her school today but mommy will post them tomorrow! It’s time to sleep!
