School

Astrid is learning about apples at school and got to try different varieties at school. You can see glimpses of her in a few of these pictures. Plus glimpses of her brother and the gigantic meal he made tonight. These kids are keeping mommy busy! 

 

My Spot

Astrid was complaining that Oliver was “taking her spot” on the couch. He was pushing her buttons back a little. Mommy thought they’d never argue… but one was certainly trying too and the other just thought it was funny. Oliver told her that she stole his room, which is true in a way and sort of funny. They were cute tonight.

She was cute at dance tonight with her dance camp teacher subbing for Ms. Sayla. Dance is fun!!!!

 

 

Swim

We had a great day off today! We took Astrid swimming at our friend Katherine’s condo complex pool. It is so nice! Mommy and Katherine got to talk while daddy helped Astrid swim. She’s getting so good! We’re trying to give her a lot of opportunities to swim and we think we’ve done a pretty good job this summer! 

At home she took a wonderful nap, we did a bunch of chores and Astrid got to play with her puppets a little bit! 

 

Water Sunday

We started the morning off with some exercise then took off for the bay early before all the spots were taken! We had fun creating a “sea garden” and Astrid swam like a fish with daddy. After we stopped by Maddie and Ellie’s house to swim on their slide. Astrid played awhile and then wanted to play inside with their toys. She loves their toys!!! She took a great nap and we had a good evening at home.
