Library Prize

Astrid had a good day at school and at Grammie and grandpa’s house. After her nap, mommy picked her up and we went to the library to get our winter reading challenge prize. We’ll be off to Dave and Busters sometime with Claire and Shane! How fun! Astrid loved playing with the puppets, computers, and drawing on the table. She cried when we had to leave. Mommy loves libraries like that too. 

 

Monday

It’s Monday and we’re all back to work and school. Astrid is always happy to go to school and see Grammie… even if she won’t let daddy leave some mornings. She went swimming this evening and loved every minute of it! She also insisted on reading a chapter book in the car before swim! She was very serious about it. Enjoy the pics of her at school, they were sent through the school app. We don’t get too many with the new class but we do enjoy what we get! 

 

Paint & Boobs

Astrid had a good day! Hanging out with daddy while mommy ran 17 miles. Astrid came with mommy the last Mile and we walked back with groceries. We all went to Home Depot to get wood stain to refresh her table we got from a friend. She painted her own project while daddy painted the table.. she’s so cute!

The last pic is of part of a costume we got. She calls the top boobs. It was the cutest, funniest thing!!

 

We had another fun day! Mommy is do tired she c can’t even type of these sentences without falling asleep! Goodnight! 

 

Play

Astrid had a playful day! School! Library! Building forts at home! It was a good day. Mommy is ready for bed but Astrid still wants to PLAY! 

 

Writing

Astrid has a great day! She went to gymnastics in the evening and daddy even came to see what it was all about! Then we came home for dinner, French braids, reading and then writing in bed. She likes to write and did not want to put her pen and paper pad down! 

 

Grammie & Swim

Astrid got to spend the day with Grammie and Claire and of course go to her morning school session. Mommy picked her up after working on stuff at the library and we went back to swim lessons! Astrid was happy to be back in the pool! 

 

Back to School

Astrid went back to school today. She was happy to see her teachers, friends and to get back to her routine. She asked where Grammie was going to be last night when I told her mama would take her to school. She’s so sweet. We went to the library for a bit afterwards to take advantage of mamas time of work. 

Astrid put that blue bandaid on a cut she has on her face, it was cute but she ended up not liking it…haha. The cut came from her crazy desert play. She had so much fun out there!

We also went through in n out drive thru tonight. Astrid loved driving.
