Happy Reader & Dentist

Mommy fell fast asleep last night after she downloaded a couple blog pictures! So here are some updates pictures! Mommy took the day off to take the kids to the dentist… plus she had time to finish painting the back room and putting furniture back in! Yay!! Astrid was super cute when we picked her up at school, we went to lunch together then the dentist. She didn’t scream! She played! Watched Oliver get his teeth cleaned and then let the dentist check her teeth…but no cleaning yet. We’ll work our way up to that! It was a nice, productive day!

Parachute & Burned Hands

Astrid had fun at strides watching mommy’s exercise and then playing with kids and moms. Astrid loves getting to know the other moms and kids and Is super comfortable with then! We went to the playground in the park before heading home. Astrid hurt her hand while climbing up the steps  Monny didn’t figure out what happened until she explained it ti daddy. She must have burned her hand in the railing. Duh.. mommy will have to watch out for that now!

At home she was a bit fussy… nap time didn’t go smoothly. She must have known mommy and daddy wanted to get work down in the Bernadette room! Eventually she slept and they painted. It’s getting close!! 

 

Friday Fun

Our yard is blooming, our back room is finished, just needs to be cleaned up- waiting for mirrors and new windows, and Astrid has been learning about the ocean all week at school. It’s been a great week! We’re ready for the weekend!!

“Yeah”

Astrid had an okay day. She’s a little sick again and gets a bit fussy. We’re trying to figure out if it’s teeth… or just runny noise from school germs again. Tonight she played well and then before bedtime routine she cuddle with daddy. When he said , “I love you.”  She said, “yeah.” She’s just the cutest! 

 

Reading

Astrid loves reading books. Tonight we read “All Ears” and a book we got at the library…”More Blueberries .” We enjoyed reading on our bed before she let mommy brush her teeth. She’s doing a really good with tooth brushing! 

 

Letters & Salads

Astrid was back into routine today. Grammie, school, cousins. At home we celebrated National salad day at farmers boys with bogo salads. Astrid was a lot of fun!
