Friday Cooking

 

Rower

Astrid had a good day at school and with Grammie! Mommy didn’t hear “not good” today. She did hear from Astrid that her job at school was “calendar” which was very exciting! We’ve been practicing at home and mommy is happy that Astrid is sharing about school!! We also heard about an ice pack an Ellie hitting but we don’t know what that’s about… giggles. After Grammie’s we picked up a tower at Eileen’s house that we’re adding to our home gym. We’re all excited about it! We also stopped at the dry cleaners which is the last picture and Astrid is fascinated by the turning of the clothes… 

 

Not Good

 Mommy has been horrible with taking pictures! Astrid was picked up At Grammies by daddy and she went to swim. She still didn’t do well with the new teacher but daddy said at the very end she did a little. We’re definitely taking a break. They came home and we had dinner together… Astrid said everything she did today was “not good.” It was sort of cute. 

Dance

Astrid had a great day at school and with Grammie in the morning. She loves her Grammie. She went to dance after school and is back to being the only dancer in class but she did great and worked hard with Ms. Sayla. It was a good day…she’s still prolonging the sleep routine with daddy in her room. , hopefully this is just a little stage. 

 

 

Monday

Mommy didn’t get any pictures of Astrid today but she loves this one daddy took yesterday! Astrid had a great day at school but didn’t do so well at swim lessons. We’re considering taking a break again for many reasons. Mommy has a headache now and we all need to go to sleep! 

 

Weekend Fun

Mommy has not been good at getting pictures recently! But we had a great weekend full of fun. Saturday at Strides then at the science museum. It was so much fun!! 

Sunday we went for a nice walk. We haven’t been able to do that in awhile. Then Astrid came back and got to go with daddy to Ellie and Maddie’s for a swim!! Mommy stayed home and worked in the garden and got things done… it was sort of nice! Mommy head Astrid was a daredevil on the slide. She’s kind of glad she wasn’t there to see it!

Snippets

Here are snippets of Astrid’s day… going to Grammies and school in her high heels, heels not allowed at school. Dance class, she was a little unsure but changed her mind after awhile and made new friends, and trying to wind down with Oliver. It’s almost 10 and she’s trying to wind down in mommy and daddy’s bed. 

 

 

Butterfly

Astrid is in the butterfly class now, may she soar!! She had an amazing day at school and didn’t want to leave! She did great at swim lessons and looks forward to napping at Grammies tomorrow. She said she couldn’t  sleep in her new class today. Probably too much change! Well take it one day at a time!!
