Weekend

It was a nice long weekend. Yesterday Astrid played like crazy while mommy ran 18 miles and found a bunch of money. Then Astrid got to go play with Maddie and Ellie and are the neighborhood kids. It was good for her and a nice break for mommy…mommy never gets the house to herself anymore. Astrid has been practicing showers and brought home some great shoes! We had a dance party because of those shoes!!

Today we went for a walk and saw the funbox is almost done! We did chores and organized toys all day long. In the evening she did a photo shoot with daddy. It was a great weekend.

Astrid had a long, fulfilling day. Grammie, school, napping at school, two dance classes, recital headshot that didn’t work even with her friend trying to help out, finding out what her costumes will be… it was a long day that ended up with her beating up in Oliver and then sleeping with her cat. Thank goodness it’s a long weekend! 

 

Crawling Under

It was a full day of school, Spanish, Grammie in the morning, magical ballet, and family! Astrid thinks it’s a good idea to to have mommy and daddy crawl under her legs. Mommy did it on the wooden floor. Daddy…nope, daddy didn’t fit. It was a nice evening.
